From excavation to residents enjoying the finished amenity — a start-to-finish look at how we built a full courtyard, pool surround, outdoor kitchen, and landscape package for a multi-family community.
When our client broke ground on this multi-family development, the central courtyard was little more than a pool shell surrounded by dirt. Our charge: build the outdoor amenity that would define the community — a space residents would actually use and one the leasing team could sell with pride.
We handled the full package. Site grading, the pool deck and surround, hand-laid brick raised planters with stone caps, pavers throughout the courtyard, an outdoor kitchen and grilling stations, full plantings, and the irrigation system running beneath it all.
The photos above tell the real story — from excavation and structural work, through weeks of hardscape construction, to the final install of plants and the day the pool was filled. Every stage of the transformation was managed in-house by Prime crews.
